HK Semi conversion to Full auto jig for HK 91, HK 93, HK 94
This jig assembly is designed specifically for the conversion of the semi-auto receivers into select-fire.
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS UNIT IF YOU ARE STARTING WITH AN HK FLAT – THERE IS ANOTHER UNIT LISTED SPECIFICALLY FOR YOUR STARTING WITH FLATS.
This unit accurately locates the (2) drilling holes required for all of the select-fire HK trigger packs. This simple process may be easily done with only a drill press.
As is evident from the photos included here, considerably more time was spent in the design and manufacture of these jigs as well as creating the very detailed jig usage instructions with color 3D CAD drawings with regards to the rest of my jig product line. This HK jig works with all 90 series rifles in the HK line 94, 93, 91 (9mm, 5.56, and 7.62). A spacer is provided for the shorter chassis of the 9mm and 5.56.
Hardened steel drilling bushings have been inserted into the jig sideplates for the (2) select-fire trigger pack holes.
An innovative approach was done to keep this jig captive during the drilling process. A bolt-clamping insert was designed to keep the jig drawn up tight against the receiver. Forward and rearward facing planes contained in this jig prevent any movement either front or back. The combination of these ‘limits’ completely prevent movement in any direction.

Jig/template assemblies and supporting parts of the jigs in the photos are included, however (trigger groups or trigger boxes and/or trigger pack assemblies, firearms, receivers, parts, tools, milling bits, and/or drill bits are not included).
