HK SEF modification jig for automatic operation from semi-automatic receivers
This HK SEF jig assembly is designed specifically for the semi-auto versions sold by other manufacturers and is designed to typically be used by Type 07 FFL’s/Class 2 SOT’s. This unit accurately locates the Class II cutout for the SEF (only) select-fire trigger group to fit onto the semi-auto frame without any modification to the semi receiver. The entire completion process may be easily done with only a Dremel tool and its metal cutting disc in less than 10 minutes. A patent has been applied for (patent pending).
As is evident from the photos included below, considerable time was spent in the design and manufacture of this jig as well as creating the very detailed jig usage instructions with color 3D CAD drawings. Instructions are attached to the email when the USPS tracking number is sent.
Jig/template assemblies and supporting parts in the photos are included (trigger groups or trigger boxes and/or trigger pack assemblies, parts, and tools are not included).

Currently I also have a complete 80% AR jig/assembly system, an AR conversion jig, an 80% AR receiver tester, as well as an AK-47/74 Class II jig for the 80% pre-bent and heat treated receivers, an AK scope mount template, an H&K flat template, a semi to select fire jig for existing HK rifles, and a semi to select-fire conversion jig for the SEF trigger pack which does not corrupt a semi auto receiver, a Class II AK-47/74 / Galil conversion jig for semi to full conversion, a Galil 80% jig, a locked slide conversion (for suppressor use) for the GSG 1911-22 and a Ruger 10-22 80% jig (also with locked bolt drill-in locator) on-line now.
Jig/template assemblies and supporting parts of the jigs in the photos are included, however (trigger groups or trigger boxes and/or trigger pack assemblies, firearms, receivers, parts, tools, milling bits, and/or drill bits are not included).
The last line that you add is on the underside of the trigger housing. You connect the lines from the bottom (stairstep) across the bottom. After doing so you are ready to cut. Remember which receiver you are cutting with regards to the length of the tailpiece.
Keep in mind that I am an 07 FFL with a Class II SOT (suppressor and machinegun manufacturer) and essentially all other internet vendors of items similar in function/use to my kits are neither licensed FFL’s nor SOT’s.
